Open Heaven Personal Care Home (OHPCH) offers our residents (3 well balanced diets 7 days a week including special diets for High Cholesterol, Diabetics and more.
We at Open Heaven Personal Care Home (OHPCH) are here to give you peace of mind, while you take well deserved breaks from your loves ones to enjoy vacations, weddings, graduation, family reunion and more.
Our team is trained to remind, supervise, or assist residents with medications as needed.
Residents are schedule to (3 baths or showers) of their choice per week. Our trained staffs have hand on experience to provide quality care.
Residents' laundry is washed separately, dried, folded and neatly put away as needed. Dry Clean is Optional.
Activities are available to meet Residents level of needs such as, Fine Motor Skill, Range of Motion, Crafts, Bingo and more.
Open Heaven Personal Care Home was birthed in 2014 after the death of a loved one. We at OHPCH aim to be your home away from home where comfort, tailored personal care, and compassion is graciously provided by every one of our certified nursing assistants.
