Open Heaven Personal Care Home (OHPCH) was birthed in 2014 after the death of a love one. As a fully state Certified nursing Assistant, it was my heartfelt desire to utilize my skills and talent to provide care to my family and those I love. However, due to circumstance beyond my control, that desire was not materialized, thus the driving force behind my desire to care for others. From hence forth patients under my care has received nothing less than what my love one would have received. At OHPCH, every Resident is a family and will be treated as one.

They will ensure that safety and wellbeing of each resident is the fabric of the care home and will uphold the home ethical, and moral standards; and will uphold the principle that every individual is treated equally and fairly without partiality with tenderness, compassion and love. We are committed to serve those who are in need of care
selflessly and will do so gracefully.
